Tomorrow is Halloween! Yay! I love Halloween. The decorations, the candy, the costumes, trick or treating, I love it all.

I get to take the kids trick or treating while Ed stays home with Aeryn.

I'm sooo glad that it's not calling for rain. That would really put a damper on the fun.

Friday night was the Halloween dance at the kids school.  Ed stayed home with Aeryn while I got to watch 50 kids run around in their costumes for 2 hours.  They played some questionable songs for an elementary dance.  I understand that the older kids listen to the current hip hop, but there should have been a list of popular songs that are more ( Read more... )

I haven't been able to get on to LJ since Friday afternoon so I'm sorry if I've missed anything important.  I'm going to try and catch up on my f-list between cooking dinner and cleaning up.

Sunday was really fun!

Another nice day winding down.

We went to breakfast at Eat N' Park and stuffed ourselves silly.  I tried the new cinnamon pancakes and they were really good.  My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach because I couldn't eat everything I ordered.  Crazy me ordered: 2 eggs sunny side up, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 cinnamon pancakes, 4 pieces of bacon ( ( Read more... )

I typed an entry yesterday during work.  I ended up not having time to post it last night so here it is now.

I've been really busy this week. Here's what we did:

The visit with my dad went as well as expected.  We spent almost an hour there and that was plenty.  The worst part was all the dog hair everywhere.  We couldn't put Aeryn down because she would've been coated in seconds!  I know my mom can't do a great job cleaning but you'd think she'd at least vaccum occasionally.  Instead, they get it done once ( Read more... )
